It's important to note that the warranty provided by CompNetArena LLC does not extend to damages resulting from accidents, abuse, neglect, burns, shocks, electrostatic discharges, exposure to heat/humidity beyond product specifications, improper installation, modifications, tampering with labels, or any form of alteration.

RETURN/REFUND PROCESS:

For Replacement: Within 12 business hours, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, along with a pre-paid return shipping label. Your replacement unit will be dispatched on the following business day, employing the same shipping method you initially selected (unless alternative arrangements have been established between the customer and Compnetarena LLC).

To facilitate the return, you are required to use the provided pre-paid return shipping label to send the product to our office address.

For Refund: Within 12 business hours, we will furnish you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a return shipping label. Customers are responsible for initiating the return shipment to CompNetArena LLC using the provided pre-paid return shipping label within five business days from the date of RMA issuance; failure to do so will result in the RMA being voided.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will conduct an inspection. If you meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 24 hours of reaching an agreement with the customer. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 72 business hours for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

STEP-4: If you are NOT eligible, we will inform you by e-mail about the exact reason for ineligibility.

  • As a general rule, customers are typically required to initiate a return or exchange request within 30 days of the product's delivery to qualify for primary consideration. Requests submitted after this 30-day period will not be eligible for processing, even if accompanied by a restocking fee. It's important to note that both the warranty and return period commence on the day of product delivery.
  • Return shipping to CompNetArena LLC is consistently free of charge and should be conducted exclusively by utilizing the provided pre-paid RETURN SHIPPING LABEL in conjunction with the issued RMA number.
  • For exchanges and replacements, return shipping to the customer will be dispatched using the original shipping method, unless specific arrangements have been established between the customer and CompNetArena LLC.
  • The return shipping method to CompNetArena LLC will typically be either FedEx or UPS Ground. Please make sure to include the RMA number on the returned package.
  • The refund process will commence once the returned item has been inspected. Any discrepancies in information or the product's condition may result in a delay in processing your refund or potentially render the product ineligible for a refund.
  • In the event that we ship an incorrect or defective part, or if the product arrives as Dead On Arrival (DOA), we will send out the replacement unit upon receiving your eligible request.

  • Licenses and software distributed by CompNetArena LLC are delivered electronically. Please be aware that these items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE:

1. Brand new (with manufacturer warranty) product:

Brand-new items sold by CompNetArena LLC come with a manufacturer's warranty and a 30-day return period offered by CompNetArena LLC, provided the product remains SEALED, UNUSED, and UNDAMAGED from the day of delivery.

Principally, SEALED, UNOPENED, UNUSED, and UNDAMAGED brand-new items are eligible for a FULL REFUND, and exchanges are not applicable. To qualify for a refund, the product must also be in its original packaging.

In cases where you OPEN/BREAK the SEAL of a brand-new product and wish to return it, a 20% Restocking Fee will be incurred. In such instances, the product can be OPENED but must remain UNUSED/UNDAMAGED.

If brand-new items are OPENED and USED, they are considered USED items with the manufacturer's warranty. Such products are NOT eligible for exchange or refund with CompNetArena LLC, even if a restocking fee is applied. For warranty issues, customers should directly contact the manufacturer.

Note:

  • Brand new products do not fall under CompNetArena LLC's 30-day warranty.
  • To be primarily eligible for return or refund, the return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Brand new products come with a manufacturer's warranty and a 30-day return window to CompNetArena LLC.
  • For warranty related concerns, customers should reach out directly to the manufacturer.
  • Refunds will be processed following the inspection of the returned item.

2. Defective product:

The manufacturer's warranty applies to all brand-new items. Products that are brand new and exhibit manufacturing or technical defects cannot be returned to CompNetArena LLC. In case of any warranty-related concerns, you are required to directly contact the manufacturer within the warranty period. The manufacturer will handle all warranty issues if the product falls within the warranty coverage.

Used or refurbished products, when found to have manufacturing or technical defects, are primarily eligible for a FULL REFUND or EXCHANGE if the return request is submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery. These used/refurbished products may be OPENED and USED but should not be DAMAGED or BURNED in any way. Additionally, any warranty issues will be addressed by CompNetArena LLC.

Note:

  • No restocking fee will be applied if you wish to return a used or refurbished product with manufacturing or technical defects within the return period.
  • For exchanges involving used or refurbished items, a replacement will be dispatched once we have received and inspected the faulty unit.
  • If a refund is requested for a used or refurbished product, the refund will be processed subsequent to the inspection of the faulty unit.

3. Non-defective product:

For the return of UNOPENED/UNUSED/UNDAMAGED used or refurbished (non-defective) items, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

OPENED/USED/DAMAGED used or refurbished (non-defective) items are NOT eligible for return or exchange, even with the imposition of a restocking fee.

In the case of brand new (non-defective) items that are SEALED, UNUSED, and UNDAMAGED, they are primarily eligible for a FULL REFUND. However, if the SEAL is OPENED or BROKEN, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. If you OPEN and USE any brand new (non-defective) item, it will be considered a USED item, and such products are NOT eligible for exchange or refund through CompNetArena LLC, even with a restocking fee. For warranty issues in these cases, customers should directly contact the manufacturer.

Note:

  • We will process refunds for all non-defective items once a comprehensive inspection of the returned product is completed.
  • To qualify for returns on non-defective items, customers are required to submit their return requests within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Please note that used or refurbished (non-defective) items are not eligible for exchanges.

4. What if the product has been delivered as damaged/broken?

We meticulously inspect each package before shipping to safeguard it against damage during transit. In the event that any of your items/packages arrive with damage or missing components, we kindly request that you decline acceptance of the product/package upon the initial delivery attempt.

If the carrier delivers damaged products, please promptly get in touch with the carrier and contact our customer service team either by calling 469-325-8405 or by emailing us at rma@compnetarena.com within five business days. This will allow us to make arrangements for a carrier inspection or the pickup of the damaged item.

Upon receiving your request, we will conduct a thorough review of your information against our records within 24 business hours. If you meet the primary eligibility criteria and are in agreement, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a pre-paid return shipping label. Additionally, we will send you a replacement unit on the following business day (if you consent), using the original shipping method unless alternative arrangements have been established between you and CompNetArena LLC. You will be required to return the damaged item to us, utilizing the pre-paid return shipping label provided along with the RMA number.

Note:

  • To initiate a return, it is essential that you submit your request within five business days from the date of delivery.
  • In the event that the replacement part is unavailable, we will promptly issue a FULL REFUND within 24 hours of reaching an agreement with the customer.
  • Please be aware that for refund or replacement, proof of damage and the return of the item may be necessary.

5. What if your product never arrived?

If you notice that your product has not been delivered within seven days, even with ground shipping, from the day of your order, please promptly contact us via email at rma@compnetarena.com or call us at 469-325-8405. Alternatively, you can request the tracking number. We will respond to your inquiry within 12 business hours and provide you with an update on your package's status.

6. What if we ship the wrong product?
If we send you any wrong product, then you have to inform us by submitting a return request within 30 days from the day of delivery. Once we receive your request, we will cross-check your information with our record and issue you an RMA number with a pre-paid return shipping label within 12 business hours. 7. What if a customer orders the wrong product?

If a customer accidentally orders the wrong part, it is essential to promptly notify us by submitting a return request within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt of your request, we will verify your information against our records within 12 business hours. If you meet the primary eligibility criteria and are in agreement, then-

The refund will be processed within 24 hours after receiving and inspecting the returned item. To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be in its original packaging, UNOPENED, and free from any damage. The incorrect part should be returned using the pre-paid return shipping label provided along with the RMA number.

  • If the correct replacement part is not in stock, we will provide you with a FULL REFUND equivalent to the item's value (please note that shipping costs are non-refundable).
  • For wrongly ordered (brand new) items, they must remain UNOPENED, UNUSED, and free from any damage.
  • For wrongly ordered (used/refurbished) items, they can be OPENED but should not be USED or DAMAGED.
  • Additionally, we have the option to offer a FULL REFUND equivalent to the item's value (with shipping costs non-refundable) after inspecting the returned item if your desired part is unavailable.

8. What if the product (eligible for replacement) is discontinued/end-of-life?

Should you wish to return a product that has already been discontinued or declared as End of Life (EOL) by the manufacturer, we will provide you with a comparable part. If you consent to this, we will ship the replacement part to you on the following business day, utilizing the original shipping method, unless specific arrangements have been agreed upon between the customer and CompNetArena LLC. Alternatively, if you prefer not to proceed with a replacement, we will issue a FULL REFUND within 24 hours of reaching an agreement with the customer.

Note:

  • This policy does not pertain to brand new items covered by the manufacturer's warranty and is exclusively applicable to used or refurbished products.

9. What if the customer cancels an order after shipment?

If you choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of shipment and submit the return request within the same timeframe, we will provide you with a FULL REFUND for the item value (please note that shipping costs are non-refundable).

Note:

  • This policy is only valid for new, used, or refurbished products, and in such cases, shipping fees are non-refundable.

10. What if the customer no longer needs the product/changed their mind?

You have the option to return a product for a FULL REFUND after placing or receiving the order. However, for this to apply, the product must remain UNOPENED, UNUSED, SEALED, and free from any damage. If you OPEN, USE, BREAK SEAL, or DAMAGE the product, a 20% restocking fee will be imposed.

11. What if the product is not compatible/does not fit in our system?

We strongly recommend that all our customers shop using the part/model number provided by CompNetArena LLC to prevent any compatibility concerns. Regardless of the product image, title, or description, we consistently dispatch the precise part number selected by our customers when purchasing from CompNetArena LLC.

Should you wish to return a product due to compatibility issues, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. However, if you prefer to exchange the part for a compatible one, we will not impose any restocking fee.

12. Final sale and non-returnable products:

Licenses and software distributed by CompNetArena LLC are delivered electronically. It's important to note that these items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

PRICE PROTECTION/PRICE MATCH:

CompNetArena LLC does not provide price protection or price matching for any item, whether it has been purchased, shipped, or returned.

RETURN PERIOD:

In general, you have a 30-day window to initiate a return for your purchased product. The return period commences from the day of product delivery and is applicable to all used or refurbished products.

For brand-new items, you may return the product if it remains SEALED, UNUSED, and UNDAMAGED, provided that the return request is submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery. This policy pertains to all purchases made from CompNetArena LLC.

For all return shipments to the customer, intended for replacement, we will utilize the original shipping method, unless there are specific arrangements established between the customer and Compnetarena LLC. It is essential that all returned items remain UNDAMAGED and bear an RMA number issued by CompNetArena LLC. Throughout the product's transit, we assume responsibility for all risks related to loss or damage.

RESTOCKING FEE:

There are no restocking fees applied to SEALED/UNOPENED brand new items (excluding non-defective items) returned within the designated return period. However, should you OPEN/BREAK the SEAL of a brand new item or wish to return a used/refurbished (non-defective) product, a restocking fee of 20% will be imposed. It's important to note that the restocking fee is calculated based on the purchase price of the item.

REFUND METHOD:

In most cases, eligible refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 24 business hours of reaching an agreement with the customer.
