How to Initiate a Return or Replacement Request?

STEP-1: Please complete the Refund/Replacement Request form with accurate information.

STEP-2: After receiving your request, we will cross-reference your information with our records and assess your eligibility.

For Replacement: We will provide you with an RMA number and a pre-paid return shipping label within 12 business hours. The replacement unit will be dispatched on the next business day using the original shipping method (unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon between the customer and Compnetarena LLC). You are required to return the product to our office address using the provided pre-paid return shipping label.

For Refund: We will furnish you with an RMA number along with a return shipping label within 12 business hours. It is the customer's responsibility to initiate the return shipment to CompNetArena LLC by utilizing the provided pre-paid return shipping label within 5 (five) business days from the date of RMA number issuance; otherwise, it will be voided. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will conduct a thorough inspection. If you meet all the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 24 hours. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow up to 72 business hours for the refund to reflect on your credit card or bank statement.

STEP-4: If you are NOT eligible, we will inform you by e-mail about the exact reason for ineligibility.

Note:

  • To be eligible for return or exchange, customers should submit their request within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be processed, even with a restocking fee. The warranty and return period begins on the day the product is delivered.
  • Returning items to CompNetArena LLC is always free and should be done using the provided pre-paid return shipping label included with the RMA number. Return shipping to the customer for exchange and replacement will be conducted using the original shipping method, unless other arrangements are made between the customer and CompNetArena LLC.
  • The RMA number should be clearly marked on the returned package.
  • Refunds will be processed after inspecting the returned item. Any discrepancies in information or the product's condition may cause delays or make the product ineligible for a refund. In case of incorrect/defective parts or DOA products, we will promptly dispatch a replacement unit upon receiving your eligible request.
  • CompNetArena LLC does not guarantee the compatibility of the product.
  • Software and licenses sold by CompNetArena LLC are delivered electronically and are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
  • CompNetArena LLC is not responsible for international taxes and related costs on international orders.
  • We strongly recommend reviewing our Return/Refund Policy thoroughly before making a purchase or requesting a return/replacement from CompNetArena LLC.
