We always try to deliver the best quality product to our customers. But we also understand that there might be various reasons to return a product. We tried to make this process easier and faster for our customers.
The warranty issued by CompNetArena LLC will NOT cover any damages caused by any accident, abuse, neglect, burn, shock, electrostatic discharge, heat/humidity beyond product specifications, improper installation, modification, tempered label, or any alteration.
RETURN/REFUND PROCESS:
STEP-1: Fill out the Refund/Replacement Request form with the correct information.
STEP-2: Once we receive your request, we will verify your information with our record and check your eligibility.
STEP-3: If you are primarily eligible,
For Replacement: We will issue you an RMA number with a pre-paid return shipping label within 12 business hours and send you the replacement unit on the next business day using your original shipping method (unless any special arrangements are made between the customer and Compnetarena LLC). You will also need to return the product to our office address using the pre-paid return shipping label we provide.
For Refund: We will issue you an RMA number with a return shipping label within 12 business hours. Customers must initiate the return shipping to CompNetArena LLC using the pre-paid return shipping label we provide within five business days from the day of issuing the RMA number. Otherwise, it will be voided. After receiving the returned item, we will then inspect the item. If you are fully eligible, we will refund you within 24 hours of settlement with the customer. The amount will be credited to the original method of payment. The reflection of the refund might take up to 72 business hours to be posted on your credit card/bank statement.
STEP-4: If you are NOT eligible, we will inform you by e-mail about the exact reason for ineligibility.
Note:
- Generally, customers must submit the return request within 30 days of delivery to be primarily eligible for return/exchange. If you submit the return request after that period, we will not be able to process your request (even with a restocking fee). The warranty and return period will start from the day of product delivery.
- Return shipping to CompNetArena LLC is always FREE and has to be done using the pre-paid RETURN SHIPPING LABEL we provide with the RMA number.
- Return shipping to the customer for exchange and replacement will be sent using the original shipping method (unless made any special arrangements between the customer and CompNetArena LLC).
- Return shipping method to CompNetArena LLC will be either FedEx/UPS ground. You should mention the RMA number on the returned package.
- A refund will be done after the inspection of the returned item. Any mismatch of information or product condition could cause a delay in your refund or make your product ineligible for a refund. Suppose we ship any wrong/defective part or the product comes to you as DOA. In that case, we will dispatch the replacement unit after we receive your eligible request.
- CompNetArena LLC does not guarantee the compatibility of the product.
- License and software sold by CompNetArena LLC are delivered electronically. These items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
- CompNetArena LLC will NEVER be responsible for any international taxes and other costs related to international orders.
- Please read our Return/Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase or requesting a return/replacement from CompNetArena LLC.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE:
1. Brand new (with manufacturer warranty) product:
Brand new items sold by CompNetArena LLC are covered by a manufacturer warranty and 30 days return period (offered by CompNetArena LLC, if the product is SEALED, UNUSED, and UNDAMAGED) from the day of delivery.
SEALED, UNOPENED, UNUSED, and UNDAMAGED brand-new items are primarily eligible for a FULL REFUND. These products do not qualify for an exchange. The product should also be in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
If you OPEN/BREAK SEAL of a brand new product and want to return it, we will charge 20% as a Restocking Fee. In such cases, the product can be OPENED but cannot be USED/DAMAGED.
OPENED and USED brand new items are considered USED items with manufacturer warranty. These products are NOT eligible for an exchange/refund (to CompNetArena LLC), even with a restocking fee. Customers have to contact directly with the manufacturer for any warranty issues.
Note:
- Brand new products are NOT covered by 30 days warranty by CompNetArena LLC.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days from the day of delivery to be primarily eligible for return/refund.
- Brand new products are covered by a manufacturer warranty and 30 days return period to CompNetArena LLC.
- Customers have to contact directly with the manufacturer for any warranty issues.
- A refund will be done after the inspection of the returned item.
2. Defective product:
The manufacturer's warranty covers all brand-new items. Brand new (with manufacturing/technical defects) products are NOT returnable to CompNetArena LLC. For any warranty issue, you have to contact directly with the manufacturer within the warranty period. The manufacturer will handle any warranty issues if the product is under warranty.
Used/refurbished (with manufacturing/technical defects) products sold by CompNetArena LLC are primarily eligible for FULL REFUND/EXCHANGE if the return request is submitted within 30 days from the day of delivery. For used/refurbished products, the product can be OPENED and USED but cannot be DAMAGED/BURNED by any means. And any warranty issue will be covered by CompNetArena LLC.
Note:
- There will be NO RESTOCKING FEE if you want to return a used/refurbished (with manufacturing/technical defects) within the return period.
- In exchange (used/refurbished), we will send the replacement after receiving and inspecting the faulty unit.
- In case of a refund (used/refurbished), the refund will be done after inspecting the faulty unit.
3. Non-defective product:
If you want to return an UNOPENED/UNUSED/UNDAMAGED used/refurbished (non-defective) item, then we will charge you 20% as a restocking fee. OPENED/USED/DAMAGED used/refurbished (non-defective) items are NOT eligible for return/exchange, even with a restocking fee.
SEALED, UNUSED, and UNDAMAGED brand new (non-defective) items are primarily eligible for a FULL REFUND. If you OPEN/BREAK SEAL of a brand new item, we will charge 20% as a restocking fee. Suppose you OPEN and USE any brand new (non-defective) item. In that case, the product will be considered a USED item, and these products are NOT eligible for an exchange/refund (to CompNetArena LLC), even with a restocking fee. Customers have to contact directly with the manufacturer for any warranty issues.
Note:
- We will refund all non-defective items after a full inspection of the returned product.
- Customers must submit return requests for all non-defective items within 30 days from the day of delivery.
- Used/refurbished (non-defective) items are NOT eligible for EXCHANGE.
4. What if the product has been delivered as damaged/broken?
We check every single package very carefully before shipment to protect it from damage during shipment. If any of your items/packages arrive as damaged or with missing components, please refuse the product/package upon the original delivery attempt.
If the carrier delivers damaged products, please contact the carrier and our customer service by calling 469-325-8405 or e-mailing us at rma@compnetarena.com within five business days to arrange a carrier inspection or pick up the damaged item.
Once we receive your request, we will cross-check your information with our records within 24 business hours. If you are primarily eligible and agree, we will issue you an RMA number with a pre-paid return shipping label. We will also send you a replacement unit on the next business day (if you agree) using the original shipping method (unless there are any special arrangements between the customer and CompNetArena LLC). You will also have to return the damaged item to us using the pre-paid return shipping label we provide with the RMA number.
Note:
- You must have to submit the return request within five business days from the day of delivery.
- If the replacement part is unavailable, we will give you a FULL REFUND within 24 hours of settlement with the customer.
- Proof of damage and item return may be required for a refund/replacement.
5. What if your product never arrived?
If you realize that your product has not been delivered within seven days (even with ground shipping) from the day of your order, then inform us immediately via the e-mail at rma@compnetarena.com or call us at 469-325-8405 or ask for the tracking number. We will provide you with feedback about your package within 12 business hours.
6. What if we ship the wrong product?
If we send you any wrong product, then you have to inform us by submitting a return request within 30 days from the day of delivery. Once we receive your request, we will cross-check your information with our record and issue you an RMA number with a pre-paid return shipping label within 12 business hours. For Refund: We will NOT charge any RESTOCKING FEE if the product is UNOPENED, UNUSED, and UNDAMAGED and the return request is submitted within 30 days from the day of delivery. If you OPEN the product, we will charge you 20% as a restocking fee.
Refund will be done within 24 hours after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The returned product must be in its original packaging and UNOPENED and UNDAMAGED. You must return the wrong part using the pre-paid return shipping label we provide with the RMA number.
Note:
- If the correct replacement part is unavailable, we will give you a FULL REFUND (total order value).
- Wrongly shipped (brand new) items must be UNOPENED, UNUSED, and UNDAMAGED.
- Wrongly shipped (used/refurbished) items can be OPENED but can NOT be USED/DAMAGED.
- We can also give you a FULL REFUND (total order value) after the returned item is inspected if your desired part is unavailable.
7. What if a customer orders the wrong product?
If any customer orders any wrong part by mistake, then the customer has to inform us about the issue by submitting a return request within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your request, we will cross-check your information with our record within 12 business hours. If you are primarily eligible and agree, then-

Refund will be done within 24 hours after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The returned product must be in its original packaging and UNOPENED and UNDAMAGED. You must return the wrong part using the pre-paid return shipping label we provide with the RMA number.

8. What if the product (eligible for replacement) is discontinued/end-of-life?
If you want to return any product already discontinued or announced as EOL by the manufacturer, we will offer you a similar part. If you agree, we will send you the part the following day using the original shipping method (unless any special arrangements are made between the customer and CompNetArena LLC). Otherwise, we will give you a FULL REFUND within 24 hours of settlement with the customer.
Note:
- NOT applicable for brand new items with manufacturer warranty.
- Applicable only for used/refurbished products.
9. What if the customer cancels an order after shipment?
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of shipment, we will give you a FULL REFUND for the item value (in such case, shipping is non-refundable) if you submit the return request within 24 hours of placing the order/shipment.
Note:
- Applicable only for new/used/refurbished products.
- In this case, shipping is non-refundable.
10. What if the customer no longer needs the product/changed their mind?
You can return a product with a FULL REFUND after placing/receiving the order, but in such case, the product has to be UNOPENED, UNUSED, SEALED, and UNDAMAGED by any means. If you OPEN, USE, BREAK SEAL or DAMAGE the product, we will charge you 20% as a restocking fee.
11. What if the product is not compatible/does not fit in our system?
We encourage all our customers to shop by the part/model number from CompNetArena LLC to avoid any compatibility issues. Because no matter what the product image/title/description says, we always send our customers the exact part number they choose to buy from CompNetArena LLC. If you want to return any product for compatibility issues, we will charge you 20% as a restocking fee. If you want to exchange that part with a compatible part, then we will NOT charge any restocking fee.

- We DO NOT guarantee the compatibility of any product.
12. Final sale and non-returnable products:
License and software sold by CompNetArena LLC are delivered electronically. These items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
PRICE PROTECTION/PRICE MATCH:
CompNetArena LLC does not offer price protection or price match on any purchased/shipped or returned item.
RETURN PERIOD:
Generally, you can return your purchased product within 30 days. The return period begins from the day of product delivery and applies to all used/refurbished products.
In the case of brand-new items, you can return the product if the item is SEALED/UNUSED/UNDAMAGED and the return request is submitted within 30 days from the day of delivery. This policy applies to all purchases from CompNetArena LLC.

RETURN SHIPPING:
Return shipping to CompNetArena LLC is always FREE and should be sent using the pre-paid shipping label issued by our RMA team. After submitting the return/refund request, we will cross-check the information with our record. If you are primarily eligible, we will issue you an RMA number with a pre-paid return shipping label within 12 business hours.
All return shipping to the customer (for replacement) will be sent using the original shipping method (unless any special arrangements are made between the customer and Compnetarena LLC). All returned items must be UNDAMAGED and have an RMA number issued by CompNetArena LLC. We are responsible for all risks of loss/damage to products while the product is in transit.
RESTOCKING FEE:
There are NO restocking fees for SEALED/UNOPENED brand new (except non-defective) items returned within the return period. But if you OPEN/BREAK SEAL of a brand new item or want to return a used/refurbished (non-defective) product, we will charge you 20% as a restocking fee. The restocking fee is calculated based on the item purchase price.

REFUND METHOD:
With a few exceptions, all eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 24 business hours of settlement with the customer.
