We are pleased to provide FREE GROUND shipping for all orders within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Additionally, we offer expedited shipping options through our trusted carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Expedited shipping costs are dynamically calculated during checkout, ensuring you receive a competitive rate tailored to your location. It's important to note that shipping and handling charges do not include taxes.
SHIPPING CUT-OFF TIME:
Our regular business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed and shipped on the same day. Please note that our shipment cut-off time is 3:00 PM CST. Expedited orders placed during weekdays before the cut-off time are shipped on the same day.
For orders received on Saturday and Sunday, they will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Please be aware that shipments are not made or delivered during weekends or holidays. It's essential to acknowledge that shipment times may experience slight delays during high order volumes or due to extreme weather conditions. In such circumstances, we kindly ask for your patience and recommend allowing extra transit days for delivery.

Typically, our processing and handling time for Free Ground Shipping orders is approximately 24 hours from the time of order placement. For orders with expedited shipping, we endeavor to ship the products on the same day as long as the order is placed prior to our specified cut-off time (3 PM CST). Orders that come in with expedited shipping after this cut-off time will be shipped during the following business day.
RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS:
All our products are shipped directly from our Texas facility. Similarly, for product returns, you should dispatch the item to our Texas address. The return shipping to our address is complimentary, and you should use the provided pre-paid return shipping label along with the RMA number.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING:
We provide tracking numbers to our customers once the product is shipped from our warehouse. The order's tracking information will be sent to customers via email. For orders with expedited shipping, we send tracking information on the same day as shipment. Please note that ground shipping may take up to 24-48 hours to update. Customers can also check their order status and tracking information by logging into our system using their ID and password.

SHIPPING TO P.O BOXES/APO/FPO:
We deliver our products to addresses located within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, we do not ship to PO Box addresses, recipients staying at hotels, or UPS/FedEx/DHL store addresses. Please be aware that any orders placed with such addresses will be canceled.
We meticulously inspect each package before shipping to safeguard against damage during transit. If any of your items or packages arrive damaged or with missing components, kindly reject the product or package during the initial delivery attempt.
In the event that the carrier delivers damaged products, please promptly contact both the carrier and our customer service team. You can reach us by calling 469-325-8405 or by sending an email to email@example.com within five business days to coordinate a carrier inspection or schedule a pickup of the damaged item.
Upon receiving your request, we will thoroughly review your information and records within 24 business hours. If you meet the necessary criteria and agree to the terms, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This will include a pre-paid return shipping label to facilitate the return of the damaged product to us. If you agree, we will also dispatch a replacement unit to you on the following business day, using the original shipping method, unless alternative arrangements have been made between you and CompNetArena LLC. Please ensure that you use the pre-paid return shipping label provided along with the RMA number to return the damaged item to us.
- You must have to submit the return request within five business days from the day of delivery.
- If the replacement part is unavailable, we will give you a FULL REFUND within 24 hours of settlement with the customer.
- Proof of damage and evidence of item return may be required for a refund/replacement.
If you discover that a package has been lost or did not arrive within the expected timeframe, kindly notify us promptly. We will respond with an update within six business hours. In the event that the package has not been delivered, and you wish to receive a refund, we will process a full refund for your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS DUTIES, AND TAXES:
For international shipments, customers are required to use their own FedEx, UPS, or DHL accounts. Please note that we do not utilize our own shipping account for shipping products outside of the United States. It's important to be aware that any customs duties and taxes applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the customer. This includes any fees such as tariffs and taxes incurred during international shipments.
- The minimum order amount for international shipment is US$1000.
When returning items to CompNetArena LLC, rest assured that return shipping is provided free of charge and should be facilitated using the pre-paid shipping label issued by our RMA team. If you are receiving a replacement, it will be shipped back to you using the original shipping method, unless specific arrangements are made between the customer and CompNetArena LLC. It's important to note that CompNetArena LLC assumes responsibility for any risks associated with the loss or damage of products while they are in transit.
