We offer FREE GROUND shipping on all orders within the United States (except Alaska and Hawaii). We also offer expedited shipping options the shipping carrier provides at a very competitive rate. Expedite shipping charges are calculated based on the customer's location by the shipping carrier in real-time at the checkout. We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS as our shipping carriers. Shipping and handling charges are not taxable.
SHIPPING CUT-OFF TIME:
Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Orders placed on weekdays are typically shipped on the same day. Our shipment cut-off time is 3:00 PM CST. Expedite orders are shipped on the same day if placed on weekdays and before the shipment cut-off time.
Orders received on Saturday/Sunday will be shipped on the next business day. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipments can be delayed by a few days if we experience a high volume of orders or due to extreme weather conditions. Please allow us additional days in transit for delivery in such a case.
If there is any significant delay in the shipment, we will contact our customer by e-mail/phone. You can also e-mail us for tracking at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 469-325-8405 if your processing time exceeds 48 hours.
Usually, our shipping handling time for Free Ground Shipping is around 24 hours from placing the order. In the case of orders with expedited shipping, we ship the product on the same day if the order is placed before the order cut-off time (3 PM CST). Orders placed with expedited shipping after the cut-off time will be shipped on the next business day.
RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS:
We ship all our products directly from our Texas location. To return a product, you should also send the item back to our Texas address. Return shipping to our address is always free and should be sent using the pre-paid return shipping label we provide with the RMA number.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING:
We send tracking numbers to our customers once the product has been shipped out from our warehouse. Order tracking information will be sent to the customer by e-mail. We send the tracking information on the same day of shipment for orders with expedited shipping. Ground shipping may take up to 24-48 hours to update. Customers can also check their order status and tracking information by logging into our system using their ID and password.
For any query regarding order tracking, please do not hesitate to e-mail us at email@example.com or send us your question using the Order Tracking form. We will e-mail you within 4-6 business hours via e-mail with an update.
SHIPPING TO P.O BOXES/APO/FPO:
We ship products to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship our products to PO Box addresses, a guest at hotels, or UPS/FedEx/DHL stores. If any customer places an order with such addresses, we will cancel that order.
We check every single package very carefully before shipment to protect it from damage during shipment. If any of your items/packages arrive as damaged or with missing components, please refuse the product/package upon the original delivery attempt.
If the carrier delivers damaged products, please contact the carrier and our customer service by calling 469-325-8405 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org within five business days to arrange a carrier inspection or pick up the damaged item.
Once we receive your request, we will cross-check your information with our records within 24 business hours. If you are primarily eligible and agree, we will issue you an RMA number with a pre-paid return shipping label to send the damaged product back to us. We will also send you the replacement unit on the next business day (if you agree) using the original shipping method (unless any special arrangements are made between the customer and CompNetArena LLC). You will also have to return the damaged item to us using the pre-paid return shipping label we provide with the RMA number.
- You must have to submit the return request within five business days from the day of delivery.
- If the replacement part is unavailable, we will give you a FULL REFUND within 24 hours of settlement with the customer.
- Proof of damage and evidence of item return may be required for a refund/replacement.
If you realize a package is lost or didn't arrive on time, please inform us immediately. We will give you an update within six business hours. If the package is not delivered to you and you want a refund, we will provide you with a full refund.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS DUTIES, AND TAXES:
International shipments must be shipped via the customer's FedEx/UPS or DHL account. We DO NOT send any product outside the United States using our shipping account. CompNetArena LLC is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied to the overseas order. All fees imposed during overseas shipments are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- The minimum order amount for international shipment is US$1000.
Return shipping to CompNetArena LLC is always FREE and should be sent using the pre-paid shipping label issued by our RMA team. All return shipping to the customer (for replacement) will be sent using the original shipping method (unless any special arrangements are made between the customer and Compnetarena LLC). CompNetArena LLC is responsible for all risks of loss/damage to products while the product is in transit.
